Medical Payment Posting Specialist

At ABA Tech, we're passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare support services. We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Payment Posting Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team and help ensure the accurate processing of healthcare payments and financial records.

🚀 What you'll do

• Post insurance and patient payments accurately across multiple systems
• Process adjustments, refunds, and account reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial documentation and payment records
• Support daily balancing and revenue reconciliation activities
• Generate reports using Excel and contribute to revenue accuracy
• Help maintain audit-ready financial records

🎯 What we're looking for

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience in medical billing, payment posting, or healthcare finance
• Knowledge of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience working with Excel and financial reports
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• English B2+ preferred
