About Us:
All America Construction Services is a growing construction company committed to quality, efficiency, and professionalism. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office & Project Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing construction projects from start to finish.


🔹 Position Overview

This dual-role position is responsible for ensuring smooth office administration and successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Office Management Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and company communications

  • Handle vendor coordination and office supply management

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, payroll coordination, and bookkeeping support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Support company leadership with reports and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Project Management Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors

  • Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and team members

  • Prepare contracts, change orders, and project documentation

  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met

  • Provide regular project updates to leadership


🔹 Qualifications

  • Experience in office management and/or construction project management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with project management or accounting software is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
