We are looking for a Procurement & Integration Analyst to join our global team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in procurement operations, supply chain coordination, or business systems, who want to grow in an international environment and gain exposure to global projects.

In this position, you will play a key role supporting the integration and onboarding of suppliers to procurement platforms, ensuring that catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and other data flow correctly between systems and partners.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers, distributors, and internal global teams, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate data, and successful system integrations.

What you will do

• Coordinate the onboarding and integration of suppliers into procurement systems.
• Support suppliers and internal teams during data setup, validation, and testing processes.
• Ensure accurate information flow between procurement platforms and business partners.
• Collaborate with global procurement, technology, and finance teams to ensure successful implementations.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (B2+ minimum) – you will interact with international teams.
• Around 2+ years of experience in roles related to:
• Procurement or supply chain
• Supplier coordination
• ERP or business systems
• Data or process management
• Proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.
