At ABA TECH we're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to help optimize our purchasing operations, strengthen supplier relationships, and support strategic procurement initiatives. 🌟What You'll Do

• Manage supplier onboarding, verification, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor communications through Coupa.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, service, and performance.
• Support contract administration, renewals, and procurement compliance.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Resolve purchasing and invoice discrepancies while ensuring smooth procurement operations.
• Help improve procurement processes, user adoption, and supplier performance.

✅What We're Looking For

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Coupa is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of P-Card/V-Card processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams and write technical documentation.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
