At MOVii, we are looking for a Product Owner – Acquiring, with experience in the payments ecosystem and C1 conversational English (mandatory), to support the management of product initiatives related to acquiring and technological integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with business priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for acquiring initiatives and integrations.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for development teams.
• Follow up on developments, incidents, bugs, and improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
• Support the functional coordination of projects involving processors, gateways, payment schemes, and technology partners.
• Participate in initiatives with providers, brands, and third parties within the payments ecosystem.
• Support the implementation of regulatory changes, functional improvements, and operational adjustments.
• Validate deliverables against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional testing and end-to-end validations.
• Maintain constant communication with technology, QA, risk, operations, business teams, and external partners.
• Prepare documentation, tracking matrices, and executive summaries.
• Ensure proper organization, tracking, and execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in roles related to product, business analysis, requirements management, or technology projects.
• C1 conversational English (mandatory) – ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experience or knowledge in the payments ecosystem, especially in acquiring, integrations, transactional flows, or financial services.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or technology companies focused on digital products is a plus.
• Experience managing backlogs, gathering requirements, and creating functional documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and transactional flows.
• Intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable).
• Professional or final-year student in administrative, engineering, or related fields.
