Rebar Project Manager

We are seeking a Rebar Project Manager whose main objective will be to manage end-to-end rebar supply and fabrication projects, ensuring quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review awarded quotations, client specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
• Confirm project scope, schedule milestones, payment terms, inclusions/exclusions, and potential risks.
• Lead the internal kickoff meeting with the estimator, detailer, fabrication planner, safety, and accounting teams.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule integrating detailing, fabrication, and delivery activities.
• Define and monitor the project budget, including materials, transportation, and contingencies.
• Provide monthly reporting on earned value and cost projections at completion; identify early variances and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Conversational English level B2+.
• 5+ years of experience in rebar estimation for commercial, industrial, bridge, or heavy civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in aSa Estimating, Shear 97, Soulé, RGS, or equivalent software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with BIM viewers (Revit, Navisworks) for 3D extraction.
• Working knowledge of standards such as ACI 318, CRSI Manual of Standard Practice, ASTM A615/A706/A955.
