Bilingual Recruiter – Legal Virtual Assistants (BPO)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter with experience sourcing and hiring Virtual Legal Assistants for U.S. law firms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the legal industry, moves quickly, and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced BPO environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for legal roles, including Litigation Assistants, Case Managers, Paralegals, and Medical Records Specialists. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure strong alignment and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal positions supporting U.S. law firms
-Source qualified candidates across LATAM using multiple channels
-Screen candidates for legal experience, English level, and cultural fit
-Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates using scorecards
-Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up to drive hiring decisions
-Maintain pipeline activity and ensure fast turnaround times

Requirements
-Proven experience recruiting Virtual Legal Assistants or legal roles for U.S. law firms
-Strong understanding of legal positions (litigation, PI, family law, etc.)
-Advanced English (written and spoken)
-Experience working in a BPO or remote staffing environment
-Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple roles simultaneously
