The Challenge
You will be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle for high-volume accounts, ensuring not only the timely coverage of vacancies in record time but also technical quality and KPI compliance through the use of advanced technological tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Professional degree in Psychology (must hold a valid Professional License).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years leading mass recruitment processes (operational, commercial, or technical), preferably in temporary staffing or outsourcing companies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to report progress based on metrics, optimize the conversion funnel, and make decisions grounded in data.
- Digital Agility: Proficiency in ATS platforms, virtual psychometric testing, and AI-based recruitment tools.
- Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills for direct client management (Account Management).
- Manage end-to-end mass recruitment processes (from sourcing to hiring)
- Maintain strategic and fluid communication with clients to understand their needs.
- Use automation technologies to reduce response times.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed upon with clients
