Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Analyst to join a leading multinational company in the automotive sector. This role is key to strengthening our global Human Resources team and driving the attraction of high–impact talent. You will contribute directly to the organization’s growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple business areas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Manage high-volume hiring processes and build effective talent pipelines for operational, technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations.
Source qualified talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, referrals, and other digital platforms.
Present candidate shortlists and participate in decision-making meetings.
Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience indicators).
Maintain accurate updates in the ATS and other recruitment systems.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process and deliver an excellent recruitment experience.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in multinational environments or in bilingual roles.
Proven experience managing mass recruitment processes and handling high requisition volumes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment indicators and optimize processes.
Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience using digital recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and professional networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
