We are looking for a Rentability Analyst to Generate accurate and consistent analyses on the profitability of clients, products, and business units, strengthening company decision-making while acting as a financial partner to the Commercial area.


This role ensures reliable information, identifies relevant variances, and provides early alerts that guide actions to optimize margins, efficiency, and overall financial performance.


We are seeking a professional with strategic thinking, leadership, and strong execution capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze margins, costs, and financial performance, identifying key variances and root causes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial policies.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and comparisons (actual vs. budget vs. forecast).
  • Identify and explain deviations in revenue, costs, and expenses, providing actionable insights.
  • Partner with the Commercial team, delivering timely analysis and early alerts to support profitability.
  • Assess financial impacts of changes in pricing, contracts, volumes, and cost structures.
  • Validate cost structures and models with the Costing team to ensure alignment.
  • Support scenario building and profitability analysis by unit, client, or contract.
  • Develop clear analytical materials for leadership and committee meetings.
  • Conduct focused analyses on pricing, financial indicators, and business efficiency.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Posgraduate in Finance, Financial Planning, Management Control, or similar.
  • Fluent conversational English (B2+ required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in similar roles or in financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
