The BPO company is seeking a BPO Sales Agent with contact center experience, focused on achieving sales targets and strengthening customer relationships. This role is responsible for driving business growth through the effective promotion of products and services. In this position, you will become a key sales agent in achieving sales goals and expanding our customer base. Your daily performance will directly impact the success of our sales campaigns and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers to offer products and services.

Manage inbound and outbound calls while registering information in the CRM system.

Actively promote commercial offers and close sales.

Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sales agent in a BPO or contact center environment.

Knowledge of CRM tools and IP telephony platforms.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and persuasion skills for closing sales.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve commercial objectives.

High school diploma or technical degree in commercial or related fields.

Goal-oriented mindset and strong customer service skills.
