Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to offer products and services.
Manage inbound and outbound calls while registering information in the CRM system.
Actively promote commercial offers and close sales.
Meet performance indicators and established sales targets.
Provide support and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sales agent in a BPO or contact center environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools and IP telephony platforms.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and persuasion skills for closing sales.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve commercial objectives.
High school diploma or technical degree in commercial or related fields.
Goal-oriented mindset and strong customer service skills.
