Sales agent - Inbound calls
Join our team as an Inbound Sales agent for the dynamic hotel sector! We are looking for people passionate about sales who can provide guidance and support to our clients during the booking process. If you are an expert in communication and have excellent English skills, this is your opportunity to shine and help our clients have the best possible experience. You will work directly with incoming calls, using your skills to close bookings efficiently and satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above.
- Advanced level of English (B2+ or c1).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (call center industry).
- Familiarity with the hotel industry is a plus.
