As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and growing the next generation of program leaders. You will be given the autonomy you need to be successful while being provided a solid framework of systems and governance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


·         Own total program performance against sales targets/client success measures
·         Lead client relationship management, drives optimization of go-to-market strategy, calibrate goal achievement expectations, provide strategic leadership, and seek to grow scope of engagement over time
·         Provide timely reporting on program success and share insights on growth opportunities
·         Recognize obstacles and pivot to create new solutions and strategic direction to exceed client expectations
·         Communicate and strategize with team to implement deliverables

REQUIRED SKILLS


• 7+ years of experience in managing high performance teams in DIS space

• Minimum 4 years of program or inside sales management experience
• Client-facing, consulting and/or project management experience with strong interpersonal skills.

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Possess a high level of integrity.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects at different stages of development and execution simultaneously.
• Proven analytical and advanced reporting skills.
• Prior experience as a business analyst highly preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• Used to working in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• The ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude 99% of the time.
