Feed Additives Negotiator 

Role Purpose

Lead the strategic sourcing of raw materials and packaging, evolving Procurement from an operational function into a business partner. This role requires strong negotiation, market intelligence, advanced analytics, a digital/AI mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals (cost models, TCO, risk, predictive analysis).
• Lead complex negotiations with local and international suppliers (price, payment terms, supply risks).
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to drive value, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Drive procurement digitalization (automation and spend analytics).
• Partner with R&D and technical teams to evaluate and implement new materials.
• Monitor global markets, commodity trends, and geopolitical risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ESG standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related.
• 4–6 years in strategic procurement / supplier development / supply chain (preferably agribusiness, animal nutrition, or food).
• Strong cost/TCO and scenario modeling skills; confident with logical/mathematical concepts.
• Experience with ERP, Power BI/Tableau, spend analysis and sourcing tools; practical use of AI for decision-making.
• Advanced English (C1).

Nice to Have

CIPS/CPSM/ISM certifications; experience in digital transformation or sustainability initiatives.
