We are currently looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to support their commercial growth by generating new qualified business opportunities in the B2B space.
🎯 About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, engaging with key decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and requires a results-oriented mindset.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm outreach).
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Operations Managers, Service Directors, Owners).
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings and demos.
- Accurately log all activities in HubSpot CRM.
- Handle objections effectively and build rapport quickly.
✅ Requirements
Communication & Language
- Fluent to native-level English (C1–C2) with clear, professional pronunciation.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (cold calling).
- Experience in SaaS or related industries is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
