Senior Software Engineer (Ruby Python JavaScript)

📍 Medellín, Colombia — Hybrid Full-time

At Curatech, we're looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer who can design, build, and ship reliable software in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

🚀What you'll do

• Design solid technical solutions, not just "code that works".
• Work with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript depending on the challenge (we're not looking for an expert in just one, but real depth in at least one).
• Take part in architecture and infrastructure discussions on AWS.
• Write automated tests and ensure end-to-end quality.
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to move faster, without losing ownership of what you ship.
• Support deployments and production incidents.

🎯What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong depth in at least one stack (Ruby / Python / JS) and experience moving across languages.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, microservices, AWS, and CI/CD.
• Judgment to work with AI assistants without relying on them blindly.
• B2 English level.
