About the Role

AJICPA is looking for a Staff Auditor to join our growing remote team in Colombia. This role is ideal for a bilingual audit professional with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audit fieldwork and testing from planning through completion

Prepare, organize, and maintain high-quality audit workpapers

Request, analyze, and validate client documentation and supporting evidence

Identify audit risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Assist with audit reports and engagement deliverables

Collaborate remotely with the audit team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Minimum 3 years of audit experience (required)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
