¡We are hiring at Turia GBS! Join us as a Raw Material Management Analyst and ensure the comprehensive, timely, and controlled management of raw materials for plant operations and direct supply to customers, guaranteeing operational continuity, traceability, financial control, and alignment with commercial demand, through the operational execution of supply, logistics, inventory, and administrative coordination processes under the direct supervision of the Plant Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire raw material procurement process, including the creation, administration, and tracking of purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Plan and execute the logistics of receiving raw materials at the plant and direct dispatch to clients or construction sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure complete traceability of raw material movements from supplier to plant or end customer.
  • Register, validate, and control raw material transactions in corporate systems (ASA/SAP), guaranteeing data accuracy.
  • Maintain the integrity of physical inventories, system records, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department for proper invoicing management, including validations, clarifications, and adjustments related to raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative controls and the availability of required supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Analyze raw material requirements based on commercial demand, production, and current orders.
  • Generate timely and reliable information to support operational decision-making by Plant Management. Act as the operational liaison between suppliers, logistics, finance, planning, and production to ensure process continuity.
  • Identify and manage operational deviations in the raw material flow, proposing corrective actions to ensure business continuity.


Requirements:

  • Professional in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related fields.
  • English level B2+ or C1.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing or industrial logistics.
