Join our team as a Sustainability Analyst! 🌱

Are you passionate about the ethical impact of business, corporate governance, and the sustainable transformation of global supply chains? We are looking for a dynamic, structured, and autonomous professional to take on the role of Sustainability Analyst. This position focuses on guaranteeing the highest ethical standards, mitigating human rights risks, and ensuring compliance with cutting-edge regulations (such as EUDR) across strategic raw materials within the food sector.


Your main challenges: 🛠️

  • Due Diligence and Risks: Develop and execute comprehensive due diligence across 100% of the prioritized supplier network, monitoring alerts and keeping the human rights risk matrix updated.
  • Field Management and Audits: Design verification mechanisms for direct and indirect suppliers, scheduling visits and in-situ verification field trips to evaluate compliance firsthand in critical areas.
  • Governance and Committees: Lead the structuring of human rights plans, automate supply chain data collection, and periodically report risk updates to governance and sourcing committees.
  • Training School: Plan and execute our main platform to continuously train, educate, and raise awareness across our supply chain.
  • Commercial Synergy and Clients: Strategically support commercial management by resolving client inquiries, responding to global market information requests, and ensuring compliance with external audits.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Academic Background: Graduate degree in Law, International Relations, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sociology, or sustainability-related fields.
  • Required Technical Knowledge: Essential expertise in risk management, due diligence frameworks, corporate governance, human rights, and project management. Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.
  • Languages: Command of the English language at a minimum B2 / Advanced level (capable of responding to international requests and technical literature from the global market).
  • Soft Skills: Strong capacity for structuring and planning, data-driven analytical thinking, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mobility Availability: Full flexibility and willingness to travel relatively frequently to the field and agricultural operation areas nationwide.


Conditions:

  • Direct contract with the company on an indefinite-term basis
  • Hybrid work model
  • Salary range of $3,500,000 - $4,000,000 COP
