Your Role - Talent Acqusition Specialist
As a Talent Acqusition Specialist, you will spearhead full-cycle recruitment for roles in the U.S. market. This role blends strategic sourcing, client engagement, and talent management to deliver exceptional results while meeting key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and closing top talent.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on high-potential talent.
- KPI-Driven Success: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate with client companies to understand their culture, role requirements, and expectations for executive and managerial hires.
- Talent Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on U.S. market trends, executive roles, and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting
- Proven success in commission-based or performance-driven recruitment environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) - written and spoken.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands on experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to close top talent.
- A goal-oriented mindset focused on exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
