We are looking for a Talent and Culture Analyst to play a key role in our company. In this role you'll support the design, implementation, and management of learning, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives, ensuring experiences that strengthen employees' capabilities and facilitate the adoption of the practices and behaviors defined by the organization, in collaboration with the responsible departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience, measuring its effectiveness, and proposing continuous improvements.
  • Identify opportunities and assess training and development needs in collaboration with leaders and operational teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees in the execution of training and development initiatives, addressing inquiries and promoting participation.
  • Schedule, execute, and monitor learning pathways (knowledge) and training plans (skills), ensuring alignment with role profiles and business needs.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of the organizational culture through onboarding, learning, development, and change management initiatives.
  • Assist in the design and execution of employee well-being initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's culture guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the participation, coverage, quality, and effectiveness of learning and culture initiatives by consolidating key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvement actions when necessary.
  • Support employee development plans and career path initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with training providers, evaluating proposals and ensuring alignment with business needs and learning objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Psychology, Business Administration, Social Comunication, Pedagogy/Education or related.
  • Fluent conversational English (B2+ required).
  • 3 years of experience in talent development, training, and employee experience.
