Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into rental applications and identify top-tier tenants who meet our high standards.
• Conduct detailed background checks, including credit history, employment verification, and references, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Actively communicate with applicants to gather missing information and ensure a seamless process.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of tenant applications and screening decisions.
• Partner with property managers to share recommendations and drive the best outcomes.
• Uphold confidentiality while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and screening policies.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student in administrative careers or a professional with a maximum of two years of experience.
• Experience as a credit analyst will be a valued asset.
• Driven, resourceful, and determined to exceed expectations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
