WordPress Designer/Developer - Bilingual

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Designer & Front-End Developer to lead the creation of visually compelling, user-centric, and high-performance websites. This role requires a strong blend of design expertise, WordPress development experience, and a deep understanding of digital branding. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to ensure every web project aligns with our strategic objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development & Web Design

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, visually engaging websites using WordPress.

• Customize themes, templates, and page builders to meet branding and functional requirements.

• Implement best practices in front-end development, ensuring optimal performance and cross-device compatibility.

Graphic & Visual Design

• Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets to enhance the website experience.

• Create cohesive design elements that align with corporate brand identity.

Content Management & SEO

• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.

• Support the implementation of on-page SEO strategies and apply web analytics insights.

UX/UI Optimization

• Conduct user research, A/B tests, and usability reviews to improve navigation, engagement, and accessibility.

• Recommend enhancements that elevate user experience and strengthen conversion paths.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to align web initiatives with broader campaigns.

• Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve WordPress-related issues, plugin conflicts, design bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Provide ongoing website support and propose continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English (C1 or above) — excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proven experience in WordPress design and front-end development, with a strong portfolio of live projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other modern design tools.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics/GA4, and web performance metrics.

• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and commitment to pixel-perfect design.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience optimizing WordPress websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce) and related plugins.

• Practical understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-journey mapping.
