Main responsibilities:

• Perform the operational and transactional activities required in the systems used for production scheduling and monitoring at the assigned plants (SAP, ELEMENTAL, SHIPAPP).
• Identify inconsistencies in information related to orders, consumption, material movements, and inventory, and support their timely correction or escalation.
• Support the review, location, and reconciliation of inventory within the system, particularly when discrepancies arise due to movements, consumption, or incorrect plant records.
• Support the review, update, release, or re-release of production orders when required, following the instructions and priorities established by the Production Scheduler.
• Keep files, databases, controls, and reports used for production scheduling, production monitoring, inventory management, and operational analysis up to date.
• Perform additional operational and administrative activities that may be assigned by the Production Scheduler according to plant needs, projects, or department priorities.
