We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for one of our most important bussines units (WMC) to ensure the achievement of sales goals defined in the area by maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, identifying business opportunities through effective, personalized remote communication and implementing contact strategies that promote customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and the development of long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Production Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
• +3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales or related roles.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel and CRM softwares.
• Advanced English level C1 or C2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong and successful relationships with clients, providing WMC last look opportunities
• Order entry and management throughout the manufacturing process to meet customer’s needs
• Manage internal relationships to ensure WMC services to meet the customer’s expectations on our products
• Build customer relationships with existing and prospective clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood continued participation with WMC
• Responsible for customer follow-up on any outstanding items
• Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale .
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Coordinate with WMC Outside Sales to ensure we properly take care of the customer
• Understand WMC products, our markets and be knowledge to answer customer questions
