About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to provide excellent service handling inbound and outbound calls, managing payments, resolving issues, and using CRM systems efficiently.

Location & Schedule

• 100% onsite in Barranquilla.
• Rotating schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, alternating Saturdays with Wednesdays and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Schedule and handle payments.
• Resolve incidents and generate orders and emails.
• Use CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
• Identify sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Conversational English, both oral and written.
• Experience in Customer Care and CRM management valued.
• Empathetic attitude, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
