About this Role

Are you passionate about human resources and labor law?

At Viva, we’re looking for a Labor Relations Sr. Analyst to be part of our People team. In this role, you’ll combine legal expertise with HR strategy to ensure compliance, advise leaders across the organization, and help build a fair, respectful, and legally sound workplace — all aligned with our VIVA culture.

Your responsabilities will be:

• Lead offboarding processes in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Advise internal teams on contracts, clauses, and labor regulations.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal codes.
• Support labor reform implementation and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Strengthen union relations and promote a healthy work environment.
• Drive digitalization of labor processes and internal service improvements.

Our ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in labor relations or HR legal advisory.
• Holds a Law degree degree (specialized in labor law) or Business Administration degree. 
• Advance knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS)
• Skilled in handling offboarding processes and internal labor consulting.
• You’re organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Proficiency on English (Intermediate - Advanced Level)
