Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to lead the management of the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely analysis, control, and recovery of accounts through effective strategies and compliance with credit policies. The main objective of this role is to optimize cash flow and contribute to financial decision-making that drives business efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of strategic clients by performing credit risk analysis and proposing action plans for recovery.
• Analyze key performance indicators (DSO, aging reports, portfolio turnover) and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure effective payment agreements.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement processes and tools in collection management.
• Support the training of junior analysts and share best practices within the team.
• Provide assistance in audits and preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Oversee the processing of invoices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced office tools.
• Conversational English level B2+.
