MISSION:
The main objective of the E-commerce Activation Analyst role is to boost the visibility, conversion, and competitiveness of our brands in the main marketplaces by activating optimized content, supervising strategic advertising execution, and analyzing commercial performance. This role acts as a bridge between Marketing, Communications, and Sales, ensuring that brand objectives are translated into effective action plans within each eRetailer, maximizing ROI through data-driven management and flawless execution at digital touchpoints.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB
- Optimize brand visibility on eRetailers: Monitor and propose improvements that positively impact eRetailers' content scores, constantly reviewing competitor activities and the needs that the Marketplace is developing.
- Monitoring and analyzing commercial performance: Detect growth opportunities based on KPI measurements to ensure commercial objectives are met and, in turn, provide insights to Key Account Managers for the correct preparation of channel forecasts.
- Monitoring advertising campaigns for eRetailers: Ensure the correct execution of advertising campaigns, seeking to optimize the most relevant KPIs, as well as communicating insights to the marketing and communications teams.
- Improve the customer experience: Detect potential problems faced by users in the shopping experience through eStore checks (content, reviews, competition, prices) and propose proactive solutions.
- Content requests for eRetailers: Act as a point of contact between Marketing, Content, and Sales to ensure that content is aligned with the marketing and sales strategy for the correct execution and positioning of products in marketplaces
