Benefits Analyst

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the company's benefits and wellness programs end-to-end, ensuring proper administration, communication, and execution. Your work will directly contribute to employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 1 year of experience in administrative tasks, invoice management, accounting processes, and internal customer service
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• B2+ English level – fluent and conversational

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure correct cost allocation related to payroll and proper distribution in SAP
• Register and ensure timely payment of benefit-related invoices
• Advise employees, leaders, and admin assistants on company benefits and wellness programs
• Support onboarding processes and deliver inductions on payroll, benefits, and well-being
• Audit benefit-related payments
• Implement and propose wellness initiatives aligned with organizational strategies
• Manage vendor relationships for benefits and wellness services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency
• Monitor employee enrollments, updates, and annual renewals in corporate benefit plans
• Prepare reports on the usage and effectiveness of benefits and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations related to payroll, benefits, and wellness
