Main Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and support to clients and users of Canadian banking services.
Offer solutions and advice on products and services.
Work collaboratively to achieve goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
Location: On-site – Connecta 26, Bogotá, Colombia
Start Date: August 2025
Salary: $2,987,000 COP + night shift premiums + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite Term)
Work Schedule: Full-time (rotating shifts) during the first two months of training:
Morning shift: 7:00 a.m – 3:30 p.m
Evening shift: 4:00 p.m – 12:00 a.m (includes transportation and night shift premium)
After Training: Full-time (fixed shift based on availability)
Morning shift: 10:00 a.m – 6:30 p.m
Afternoon shift: 11:00 a.m – 7:30 p.m
Requirements:
Minimum education: High School Diploma (must have diploma or graduation certificate).
English level: B2 or higher.
No previous experience required.
