🌍 Your Mission

You will design and execute innovation projects that expand our product portfolio, supporting the business strategy with new formulations and industrialization processes.
A key part of your role will be to attend and support international developments in Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bringing global opportunities to life. ✈️🤓

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Execute transformation projects aligned with business guidelines, ensuring quality, cost, and timing.

• Design and industrialize formulations for new product categories 🥑🥐.

• Create technical sheets and product specifications.

• Analyze competitors, customer needs, and identify quick-win opportunities.

• Build strong relationships across transversal areas to ensure flawless project execution.

• Propose technical solutions to overcome challenges and achieve objectives.

• Collaborate closely with international teams, especially for projects in European markets. 🌍🇪🇺

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related).

• At least 2 year of experience in food industry projects (trainee or junior roles count!).

• Strong knowledge of formulations, processes, and product development.

• Advanced English is a must 🌐.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Passion for growth, experimentation, and sustainability 💚.
