We are looking for a Manager de Mantenimiento y Obras Civiles with strong skills in project management to lead and coordinate infrastructure projects and maintenance activities in complex corporate environments.

Mission

Lead project management and maintenance efforts ensuring the successful planning, execution, and control of civil works and critical system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and suppliers for civil works.
• Implement and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of electrical, HVAC, hydraulic, and sanitary systems.
• Ensure industrial safety compliance and sustainable practices.
• Prepare strategic reports and manage budgets effectively.
• Lead technical and operational teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Specialization or master's degree in project management or strategic planning.

Experience

More than 5 years in leadership roles managing infrastructure projects and maintenance in complex corporate settings, with knowledge of PMI, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
