Marketing Support Specialist – Aircraft Industry

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team in the aircraft industry. This role supports both marketing and sales operations by managing quoting systems, preparing customer responses, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation or aerospace sectors, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Quote & Sales Support:

Monitor and maintain the quoting database system specific to aircraft parts, services, or products.

Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations and responses.

Coordinate and complete quote approval processes with internal stakeholders.

Route approved quotes to the sales department for follow-up and execution.

Marketing Operations:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans tailored to aviation industry trends.

Analyze customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Monitor competitive product pricing and market positioning within the aerospace sector.

Support the launch of new products and services, including promotional campaigns and materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with engineering, product management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.

Maintain organized documentation and reporting for marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing support, quoting, or sales operations—preferably in the aircraft or aerospace industry.

Familiarity with quoting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or aviation-specific platforms).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and market research.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

It´s important to have availability and VISA to travel to the United States

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation industry standards.

Experience with aircraft parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), or aviation services.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms.
