📌 Position: Over-the-Phone Interpreter

💼 Conditions:

• Permanent contract
• Base salary: $3,100,000 COP
• Monthly bonus between $200,000 and $400,000 COP (based on performance)
• Additional bonuses and incentives

🕒 Rotating schedule (8 hours per day):

• 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  Monday to Friday
  (Weekends and U.S. holidays off 🇺🇸)

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Accurate and simultaneous interpretation of phone calls.
• Translation of technical, medical, or legal information (work claims, employee benefits, and labor rights).
• Confidential handling of information.
• Empathetic, neutral, and professional communication in sensitive situations.
