This is also a sales-focused role: you’ll be responsible for keeping your portfolio leased and driving occupancy. What You'll Do:

🎯 Supervise all operations across your portfolio.

🛠️ Lead cleaning and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.

💼 Create and deliver monthly financial reports for investors.

🌟 Be the go-to person for both investors and residents, providing exceptional service.

📈 Ensure your portfolio stays booked/leased, managing the leasing process to drive occupancy.

What You Bring:

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Competitive salary within the property management sector. 

🎯 Monthly commissions based on performance (occupancy and results).

💵 Total Monthly Compensation: 6 to 7M COP
