Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who is fully fluent in English and has extensive experience managing accounting operations through QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling complex accounting tasks independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Requisitos

• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
  

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions.
  

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  

• Perform month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate.
  

• Prepare journal entries, adjustments, and accruals as needed.
  

• Support tax filings and liaise with external auditors or tax consultants when required.
  

• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
  

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
  

• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
  

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory).
  

• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
  

• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
