At Turia Services, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst whose main goal is to ensure the efficient attraction and selection of high-quality talent by applying best practices and advanced talent acquisition techniques. This role will align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, ensure a positive candidate experience, and strengthen Turia Services’ Employer Brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract professional talent by publishing and promoting job openings across various recruitment channels.

  • Manage the direct recruitment processes for Pengg WMC and Sales WMC positions.

  • Act as the liaison between candidates and the migration team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with all legal and administrative visa requirements.

  • Review résumés to verify alignment with job requirements.

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the position.

  • Coordinate relevant technical and psychometric assessments for each role.

  • Review psychometric test results and prepare corresponding interpretation reports.

  • Maintain updated tracking and weekly reports of active processes in the USA.

  • Provide feedback and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

  • Ensure recruitment processes remain aligned with the company’s employer branding objectives.

  • Support the final stages of the hiring process by validating consistency between the approved offer and the conditions communicated to the candidate, escalating any discrepancies to the relevant departments for review.

Requirements:

  • English level: B2–C1

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Courses or certifications related to Recruitment and Personnel Management.

  • Training related to Employer Branding.

  • Courses in Psychometric Test Interpretation.
