We’re looking for a Training Team Leader (Senior Sales Trainer) who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and building strong, high-impact training teams.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the success of our sales organization by ensuring top-quality training delivery, aligning with global standards, and enhancing the performance and retention of our agents.
What you’ll do
- Lead and oversee training programs for on-site and remote sales teams (Dyninno Colombia & Dreamport Spanish project)
- Coach, mentor, and develop Trainers and Junior Trainers through structured feedback and shadowing
- Ensure alignment of all training content with global standards and eliminate inconsistencies
- Monitor adherence to training processes, tools, and reporting requirements
- Analyze training performance, attrition, and nesting results to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Sales teams to align hiring and performance goals
- Lead post-training evaluations and ensure accurate candidate assessment and headcount fulfillment
- Maintain and oversee training documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions
- Organize workshops and initiatives to enhance trainer capabilities and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Training, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role
- Strong background in Sales (preferably outbound or call center environments)
- Experience managing or supporting training programs with measurable performance outcomes
- Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data and reports
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in global or multicultural environments
- Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or sales enablement tools
- Experience working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams
