We’re looking for a Training Team Leader (Senior Sales Trainer) who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and building strong, high-impact training teams. 

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the success of our sales organization by ensuring top-quality training delivery, aligning with global standards, and enhancing the performance and retention of our agents. 


What you’ll do 

  • Lead and oversee training programs for on-site and remote sales teams (Dyninno Colombia & Dreamport Spanish project)  
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Trainers and Junior Trainers through structured feedback and shadowing  
  • Ensure alignment of all training content with global standards and eliminate inconsistencies  
  • Monitor adherence to training processes, tools, and reporting requirements  
  • Analyze training performance, attrition, and nesting results to drive continuous improvement  
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Sales teams to align hiring and performance goals  
  • Lead post-training evaluations and ensure accurate candidate assessment and headcount fulfillment  
  • Maintain and oversee training documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards  
  • Identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions  
  • Organize workshops and initiatives to enhance trainer capabilities and knowledge sharing 


What we’re looking for 

  • 3+ years of experience in Training, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role 
  • Strong background in Sales (preferably outbound or call center environments)  
  • Experience managing or supporting training programs with measurable performance outcomes  
  • Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies  
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data and reports  
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills  
  • Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written) 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in global or multicultural environments  
  • Familiarity with CRM, LMS, or sales enablement tools  
  • Experience working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams
