What is your purpose? 🎯

You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle of packaging materials (plastics, cardboard, labels, etc.) for our business units. Your work will directly impact our product innovation and the company’s cost competitiveness.

Your main challenges: 🛠️

• Category Management: Lead the purchase of packaging materials, ensuring the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and lead times.

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and develop new suppliers that bring innovation and sustainability to our portfolio.

• Market Analysis: Monitor fluctuations in raw material prices (such as resins or paper) to anticipate cost impacts.

• Innovation Support: Work closely with the R&D team to validate the technical and financial viability of new packaging solutions.

• Supply Assurance: Guarantee that our plants have the necessary inputs to avoid production downtime.

What are we looking for? ✅

• Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in packaging procurement.

• Industry Sector: Mandatory experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or the Food & Beverage industry.

• Languages: C1 English level, as you will be in constant contact with international suppliers and handle regional reporting.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, data analysis in Excel, and a strategic vision of the supply chain.
