Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Agent to join our Leasing Department. This role is key to managing the leasing process and delivering outstanding tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants, providing property information and coordinating property tours.
• Assist tenants in completing rental applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide regular updates on leasing activities, tenant feedback, and market trends.
• Participate in training programs to strengthen skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual or native fluency in English and Spanish.
