Overview
U.S.-based law firm seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support pre-litigation and/or litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with PI case management from intake through resolution

Request and follow up on medical records and bills

Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies

Update case files, deadlines, and notes in Filevine

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Personal Injury law

Strong understanding of PI workflows and terminology

Bilingual English Spanish

Filevine experience strongly preferred
