Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Lead Generators to help grow our customer base and create valuable sales opportunities. This role is focused on outbound calls to clients from our internal database—guiding them through the order process and gathering relevant information.

Note: This is not a closing role initially. Once the lead has been qualified and all necessary product/order details are collected, it will be handed off to the sales team for quotation and final sale.

However, this is a growth-focused position with a clear career path. After a period of outbound lead generation, team members will receive full training to begin handling inbound sales calls and, eventually, take full ownership of the sales cycle, including closing. We’re investing in people who want to grow their careers in sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via outbound calls to initiate interest in our products
  • Follow up with leads to collect detailed product/order information
  • Identify client needs and document all relevant information in our CRM
  • Ensure leads are complete and ready to pass on to the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps to optimize lead conversion
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care during interactions
  • Participate in training to handle inbound sales calls and eventually manage full-cycle sales, including closing


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English skills (written and spoken) – B2+ minimum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A “go-getter” attitude with strong initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-oriented mindset without the pressure of closing deals.

Compensation & Perks

  • Monthly salary between $800 - $900 USD
  • Hybrid model: 2 office days per week in Medellín
  • Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing international company
  • Different commission structure than the sales team (TBD)
  • Health Insurance Bonus, Permanency Bonus.
