Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from luxury vehicle owners.

• Provide roadside assistance with an empathetic and safety-focused approach.

• Document each case with clear and detailed notes in the system.

• Use digital tools to locate customers and coordinate effective assistance.

• Apply assistance policies to offer optimal and personalized solutions.

• Handle challenging situations with premium service and professionalism.

Skills and qualifications:

🔈 Experience with inbound and outbound calls.

🗣️ English required: B2+

🧏‍♂️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

👨‍💻 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

👨‍🎓 Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

🎇 Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
