Position: Full-Time In-Office (Barranquilla, Colombia)

Language Requirement: Advanced English (spoken and written)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment processes and talent acquisition, combined with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. You will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent aligned with the organization’s strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administer competency assessments

· Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication throughout the selection process

· Maintain and update the candidate database

· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.

· Assist in client communications and candidate placements

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

· Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

· Outstanding communication skills with strong empathy and active listening

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others
