Bilingual Agent – Customer Service (Remitly)

Location: Carrera 68 #77–22, behind the Barranquilla Zoo
Eligible cities: Barranquilla, Soledad, Malambo, Puerto Colombia, Salgar, Galapa

What will you do?

You will provide customer service in English for international campaigns, addressing inquiries, managing requests, and offering effective solutions.

Working Conditions

• Workload: 42 hours per week

• Days off: 2 per week

• Rotating shifts (may include):

  • Training + 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

  • 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $2,150,000 COP

• Monthly performance bonuses: Up to $500,000 COP

• English level B2 or higher (conversational)
